The Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves edged the visiting Paradise Adventist Academy Cougars soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Wolves now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Prep for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 2. Western Sierra Collegiate Academy will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Paradise Adventist Academy moves to 3-1 on the year. The Cougars host Loyalton (Loyalton, CA) to encounter the Grizzlies in a Pioneer challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Grizzlies go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Loyalton lost 4-2 in their recent league challenge against CORE Butte (Chico, CA)
