In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Show Low Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Benjamin Franklin Chargers.

The Cougars (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Scottsdale Christian Academy edged Arizona Lutheran Academy (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 30. Benjamin Franklin will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
