The Blue Ridge Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans to 0 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host West Scranton for a Lackawanna outing on Tuesday, September 2. Blue Ridge will play a Invaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Dallas (Dallas, PA). The Invaders record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Greater Nanticoke Area drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Susquehanna (Susquehanna, PA) to play the Sabers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2.
