Texas High School Volleyball - Knippa edged by Brackenridge

Brackenridge Eagles (San Antonio, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Knippa Crushers (Knippa, TX), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Brackenridge improves its record to 4-14 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pearsall (Pearsall, TX) to face the Mavericks in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Mavericks go into the test with a record of 0-8.

Next, the Crushers meet the Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Knippa will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Comfort (Comfort, TX).
