Texas High School Volleyball - Canyon Lake Seguin

Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Matadors (13-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Lanier (San Antonio, TX). The Voks come into the 5A Region IV District 27 challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Lanier beat Jefferson (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the meet the Akins Eagles (Austin, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Canyon Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bridge City (Bridge City, TX).
