Texas High School Volleyball - Clemens can't hold off Sotomayor

In Friday's non-league match, the Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the WILDCATS confront the Marshall Rams (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 match, on Tuesday, September 2. Sotomayor will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 3-17 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to MacArthur (San Antonio, TX).

The Buffaloes (9-14) will now prepare for their bout against McNeil (Austin, TX). The Mavericks come into the non-league bout with a 3-19 record. In their last bout, McNeil was nudged by Churchill (San Antonio, TX), 2-0, in a non-league bout.
