Virginia High School Volleyball - Summit Christian Academy overwhelmed by Denbigh Baptist Christian

Denbigh Baptist Christian Minutemen (Newport News, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Yorktown, VA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Denbigh Baptist Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Minutemen host StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Cavaliers in a VISAA Metro challenge on Tuesday, September 2. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. StoneBridge won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA)

Next, the Eagles play the TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 5. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
