The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin County (Frankfort, KY). The Flyers enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Franklin County was knocked off by Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Engineers battle the Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds (Newport, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 29. Estill County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Thoroughbreds enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Villa Madonna (Covington, KY).
