The Northfield Nighthawks volleyball squad (Denver, CO), was edged 2-1 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Fort Collins Lambkins (Fort Collins, CO)

With the win, Fort Collins improves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Lambkins travel to Heritage (Littleton, CO) to battle the Eagles in a non-league contest on Friday, August 29. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 0-1. Heritage lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Columbine (Littleton, CO)

Next, the Nighthawks battle the Eagle Valley Devils (Gypsum, CO) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 29. Northfield will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Devils go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Montrose (Montrose, CO).
