Texas High School Volleyball - Highland Park over O'Connor

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) and the host O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX), saw Highland Park's volleyball squad notch a victory over O'Connor by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Highland Park improves its record to 19-6 on the season. The Scots travel to Grand Oaks (Spring, TX) to encounter the Grizzlies in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. The Grizzlies go into the battle with a record of 16-6. Grand Oaks won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Eagle Mountain (Fort Worth, TX)

The Panthers now own a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harlan for a 6A Region IV District 28 battle on Tuesday, September 2. O'Connor will meet a Hawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Seven Lakes (Katy, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 17-4.
