In Friday's non-league match, the Huntington Red Devils (Huntington, TX) volleyball squad overcame the host Non Varsity Tournament Opponent (, ), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Red Devils battle the Livingston Lions (Livingston, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 2. Huntington will attempt to move on its 15-11 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 2-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX).
