The Winslow Bulldogs edged the host Valley Pirates volleyball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Monument Valley Cougars (Monument Valley, UT) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. Winslow will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Cougars come into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT).

With the loss, Valley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Pirates host St. Michael (St. Michaels, AZ) to play the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 0-1. St. Michael lost 1-0 in their recent non-league outing against Winslow (Winslow, AZ)
