In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) volleyball squad nudged the visiting St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM), by a margin of 2-1.
Next up, the Hilltoppers battle the Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 2. Los Alamos will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record.
With the loss, St. Pius X moves to 0-3 on the year. The Sartans travel to Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM) to battle the Sundevils in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 1. The Sundevils go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Sandia Prep lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM)
