The Gulf Buccaneers held off the host Anclote Sharks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Buccaneers now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudson for a test on Wednesday, August 31. Gulf will confront a Cobras team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL). The Cobras record now stands at 0-2.
The Sharks (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 5-1 record.
