In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Rider Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Abilene Eagles.
The Raiders (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Holliday (Holliday, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 22-2 record. In their last battle, Holliday achieved victory over Archer City (Archer City, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 2. Abilene will attempt to advance on its 8-14 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 3-12 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Colorado (Colorado City, TX).
