The L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI) volleyball nudged the host Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, L'Anse Creuse North betters its record to 2-2 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI) to face the Tars in a Macomb Area - Red outing on Tuesday, September 6. The Tars go into the outing with a record of 3-6. Anchor Bay lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI)

The Black Hawks now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Detroit Country Day for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 30. Bloomfield Hills will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-1.
