Nebraska High School Volleyball - Omaha Central crushed by Burke

The Burke Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Omaha Central Eagles to 0 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benson for a A District game on Thursday, September 1. Burke will meet a Bunnies team coming off a 3-1 league win over Omaha South (Omaha, NE). The Bunnies record now stands at 2-4.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Bryan (Omaha, NE). The Bears enter the A District game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Bryan gained a win over Buena Vista (Omaha, NE), 3-0, in a non-league game.
