Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Conneaut over Girard

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Conneaut Spartans (Conneaut, OH) and the host Girard Yellowjackets (Girard, PA), saw Conneaut's volleyball squad beat Girard by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Conneaut upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Geneva (Geneva, OH) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Geneva lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH)

The Yellowjackets now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Erie for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. Girard will play a Royals squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Iroquois (Erie, PA). The Royals record now stands at 1-1.
