The Harrison Central Red Rebels volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host George County Rebels to 2 in the Red Rebels non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Red Rebels now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gulfport for a Class 6 Region 8 game on Thursday, September 8.

The Rebels (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Vancleave (Vancleave, MS). The Bulldogs enter the Class 5 Region 8 game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Vancleave was nudged by Our Lady Academy (Bay St. Louis, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
