The Triangle Math & Science Tigers volleyball team (Cary, NC), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Raleigh Charter Phoenix (Raleigh, NC)

The Phoenix (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Voyager (Durham, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Voyager was dropped by Eno River (Hillsborough, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Southern Wake Academy Lions (Holly Springs, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Triangle Math & Science will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC).
