In Wednesday's non-league game, the South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK) football team smashed the visiting Colony Knights (Palmer, AK), by a score of 40-0.
The Wolverines (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Chugiak (Chugiak, AK). The Mustangs come into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Chugiak overwhelmed Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK), 22-8, in a non-league game.
The Knights now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bettye Davis East Anchorage for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 6.
