In their next game, the Bison face the Del Norte Nighthawks (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 7. Liberty will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Nighthawks enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 19-6 non-league win over Eastlake (Chula Vista, CA).

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Hillcrest (Riverside, CA). The Trojans enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Hillcrest walloped Redlands (Redlands, CA), 20-14, in a non-league bout.
