The Granada Matadors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Pittsburg Pirates to 0 in the Matadors non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Matadors now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dougherty Valley for a game on Tuesday, September 5.
The Pirates (0-4) will now prepare for their game against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, College Park gained a win over Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
