In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Monrovia Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pasadena Bulldogs.
The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Schurr achieved victory over Gabrielino (San Gabriel, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, August 31. Pasadena will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chaminade (West Hills, CA).
