With the win, Menaul upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers host Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Santa Rosa won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mora (Mora, NM)

The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Cuba for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Jemez Valley will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM). The Rams record now stands at 3-0.
