The Antlers Bearcats football team (Antlers, OK), was topped 54-28 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK)

With the win, Pocola advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Spiro (Spiro, OK) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, September 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Bearcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Coalgate for a non-league bout on Friday, September 6. Antlers will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 18-7 non-league win over Dickson (Ardmore, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.
