South Carolina High School Football - Eau Claire defeats Bethune-Bowman

August 30, 2024: Columbia, SC 29203

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Eau Claire Shamrocks (Columbia, SC) and the visiting Bethune-Bowman Mohawks (Orangeburg, SC), witnessed Eau Claire's football squad topple Bethune-Bowman by a count of 38-14.

The Shamrocks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Greenwood Christian was outscored by Calhoun Academy (St. Matthews, SC), 28-14, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Mohawks confront the Woodland Wolverines (Dorchester, SC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 6. Bethune-Bowman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Wolverines enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 32-14 non-league win over Colleton County (Walterboro, SC).
