Camp Hill Lions (Camp Hill, PA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA), 14-13 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Camp Hill improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Lions host Susquenita (Duncannon, PA) to play the Blackhawks in a Mid-Penn - Capital battle on Friday, September 6. The Blackhawks go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Susquenita lost 16-0 in their recent league battle against James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA)
The Bulldogs now have a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Trinity for a Mid-Penn - Colonial battle on Friday, September 6. Big Spring will play a Shamrocks team coming off a 37-14 league win over East Pennsboro (Enola, PA). The Shamrocks record now stands at 1-1.
