Texas High School Football - Flower Mound holds off Bowie

The Flower Mound Jaguars (Flower Mound, TX) football tipped the host Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX), 50-48 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Jaguars now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Wylie for a non-league outing on Friday, September 6. Flower Mound will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 49-42 non-league loss to Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, Bowie drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Volunteers travel to Keller (Keller, TX) to clash with the Indians in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 5. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 0-1. Keller lost 14-10 in their recent non-league outing against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX)
