The Chargers now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Holy Redeemer for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Carbondale Area will meet a Royals squad coming off a 42-0 non-league loss to Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Royals record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Greater Nanticoke Area drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Pittston (Pittston, PA) to meet the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-2. Pittston lost 23-13 in their recent non-league test against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA)
