The Braves now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Caldwell County for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Union County will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 52-14 non-league loss to Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Crittenden County drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to McCracken County (Paducah, KY) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-2. McCracken County lost 40-36 in their recent non-league test against Apollo (Owensboro, KY)
