South Dakota High School Football - Tri-Valley holds off Custer

The Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD) football tipped the host Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD), 20-13 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Milbank for a Dakota 12 outing on Friday, September 6. Tri-Valley will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 55-0 non-league win over Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Custer drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lennox (Lennox, SD) to clash with the Orioles in a non-league outing on Friday, September 6. The Orioles come into the outing with a record of 1-0. Lennox won 48-13 in their recent league outing against Vermillion (Vermillion, SD)
