The Los Osos Grizzlies got by the host Don Lugo Conquistadores football team by a score of 32-28 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Alta Loma Braves (Alta Loma, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Los Osos will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 41-12 non-league win over Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA).

The Conquistadores (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, El Segundo was edged by Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), 28-14, in a non-league challenge.
