The Matadors now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Westwood for a GIAA 8-Man Region 2 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 6. Memorial Day will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 36-16 league win over Fullington Academy (Pinehurst, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Grace Christian Academy drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Vidalia Heritage Academy (Vidalia, GA) to meet the Eagles in a GIAA 8-Man Region 2 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 6. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-2. Vidalia Heritage Academy lost 55-0 in their recent league test against Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA)
