Kentucky High School Football - Russell falls to Greenup County

The Greenup County Musketeers felled the host Russell Red Devils football team by a score of 38-9 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Musketeers play the East Carter Raiders (Grayson, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 13. Greenup County will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.

The Red Devils (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Point (South Point, OH). The Pointers go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, South Point was dropped by Spring Valley (Huntington, WV), 55-20, in a non-league challenge.
