In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Ray/Powers Lake football squad scored a good 40-14 triumph over the Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] Cougars.
The (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND). The Lakers come into the A Region 3 match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Des Lacs-Burlington defeated Rugby (Rugby, ND), 36-12, in a non-league match.
