The Wadley Bulldogs walloped the visiting Horseshoe Bend Generals football team by a score of 62-15 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL) in a 1A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, September 6. Wadley will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 44-18 non-league win over Billingsley (Billingsley, AL).
The Generals (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Reeltown (Notasulga, AL). The Rebels go into the 2A Region 4 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Reeltown walloped Trinity Presbyterian (Montgomery, AL), 20-3, in a non-league battle.
