Georgia High School Football - Long County smashes Johnson

The Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) football trounced the visiting Johnson Atomsmashers (Savannah, GA), 42-0 in Friday's league outing.

The Blue Tide now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Groves for a AAA Region 3 outing on Thursday, September 5. Long County will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 58-0 league loss to Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Johnson drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Atomsmashers host Islands (Savannah, GA) to clash with the Sharks in a AAA Region 3 outing on Friday, September 6. The Sharks come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Islands lost 43-7 in their recent league outing against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA)
