The Pewitt Brahmas football squad scored 50 points and limited the host Linden-Kildare Tigers to 0 in the Brahmas non-league triumph on Friday.
The Brahmas now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host White Oak for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Pewitt will meet a Roughnecks squad coming off a 50-13 non-league win over Eustace (Eustace, TX). The Roughnecks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Linden-Kildare drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Colmesneil (Colmesneil, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, September 6.
