The Loyola Bull Dogs got by the host Romulus Eagles football team by a score of 14-12 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bull Dogs face the Cody Comets (Detroit, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Loyola will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Comets go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 32-20 non-league win over Detroit Community (Detroit, MI).
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Redford Union (Redford, MI). The Panthers go into the Western Wayne challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Redford Union was edged by Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI), 43-21, in a non-league challenge.
