River View Raiders (Bradshaw, WV) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Mount View Golden Knights (Welch, WV), 34-6 in a league battle.

With the win, River View advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to East Ridge (Lick Creek, KY) to play the Warriors in a non-league battle on Friday, September 6.
