California High School Football - Mountain View knocked off by Palo Alto

In Friday's non-league game, the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) football team overcame the host Mountain View Spartans (Mountain View, CA), by a tally of 25-13.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Oak Grove Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Palo Alto will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 0-1 record after their 35-0 non-league loss to Milpitas (Milpitas, CA).

The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Leigh (San Jose, CA). The Longhorns enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Leigh notched a victory over Leland (San Jose, CA), 27-9, in a non-league game.
