Nevada High School Football - Pershing County trounces North Tahoe

In Friday's league match, the host Pershing County Mustangs football squad scored a decisive 50-0 victory over the North Tahoe Lakers.

The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Highlanders enter the 2A Northern match with a 1-0 record.

Coming up next, the Lakers confront the Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV) in a 2A Northern match, on Saturday, September 14. North Tahoe will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 48-6 non-league loss to Dayton (Dayton, NV).
