The River Ridge Wildcats football team (Hanover, IL), was crushed 64-14 in Friday's league bout with the host West Carroll Thunder (Savanna, IL)

With the win, West Carroll advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Thunder travel to Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL) to encounter the Hawks in a 8-Man North (8 Man) bout on Friday, September 6. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Hiawatha won 6-0 in their recent league bout against Christian Life/Keith Country Day/Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy (Rockford, IL)
