The Yazoo County Panthers edged the host South Delta Bulldogs football team by a score of 20-16 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Velma Jackson Falcons (Camden, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Yazoo County will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 45-28 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, MS).
