California High School Football - El Capitan nudged by Ripon Christian

August 30, 2024: Merced, CA 95348

In Friday's non-league game, the Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA) football team edged the host El Capitan Gauchos (Merced, CA), by a tally of 21-18.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Calaveras Red Hawks (San Andreas, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 6. Ripon Christian will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.

The Gauchos (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Beyer (Modesto, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Beyer was edged by Enochs (Modesto, CA), 41-0, in a non-league game.
