Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) and the host Wilmot Panthers (Wilmot, WI), saw Wauconda's soccer squad triumph over Wilmot by a count of 9-0.
The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL). The Skyhawks enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Johnsburg was overwhelmed by Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL), 6-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) in a Southern Lakes battle, on Tuesday, September 3. Wilmot will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Demons enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Kenosha Christian Life (Kenosha, WI).
