The Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL) volleyball held off the host Lake Nona Lions (Orlando, FL), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 31. Forest will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mount Dora Christian Academy (Mount Dora, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Lake Nona drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Leon (Tallahassee, FL) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 31. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Leon lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against DeLand (DeLand, FL)
