The Lincoln Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Lowell for a Academic Athletic Association outing on Tuesday, September 3. Lincoln will play a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over University (San Francisco, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Summit Shasta drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Black bears travel to Westmoor (Daly City, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10. The Rams come into the outing with a record of 0-3.
