Arizona High School Volleyball - Rock Point can't get by Winslow

Winslow Bulldogs (Winslow, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Rock Point Cougars (Rock Point, AZ), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Winslow improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hopi (Keams Canyon, AZ) to face the Bruins in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Bruins go into the test with a record of 0-1. Hopi lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Window Rock (Fort Defiance, AZ)

The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ganado for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 3. Rock Point will face a Hornets squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Winslow (Winslow, AZ). The Hornets record now stands at 1-0.
